Individual activity comes out ahead — 1 410 € more take-home per year
From ~1 000 € a year, MB becomes the better option (dividend strategy).
With dividends, no VSD/PSD is paid — you accrue no pension record or social-insurance rights. The personal-use funds strategy (button above) provides Sodra coverage, at a higher tax cost. MB profit tax here is 7% (new MBs pay 0% for the first two tax periods).

Calculate yours ↓Formulas come from official legal acts, not from forums.
Formulas come straight from the official GPM (personal income tax) law: the Art. 6 §8 rate, the Art. 18-2 tax credit, the Art. 18 §11 VSD/PSD deduction. They are never changed without a new legal source.
Most calculators compute VSD and PSD on gross income. Kvits follows the actual Sodra rule: 90% of taxable income, capped at 43 × the average wage (VDU). The difference can reach −37%.
Data is encrypted in EU data centres (Supabase). Receipts live in private storage, accessible only through signed temporary links. Payments run through Stripe — card data never touches our servers.
